Melbourne Property Lawyers Association are intellectual property lawyers, patent agents, and lawyers student from across the State of Canada who are interested in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property lawyers issues.

The purpose of Melbourne Property Lawyer Association is stated in the laws are to promote the advancement of industry, commerce and useful arts by the maintenance and improvement of property lawyers rights. To promote communication among its members, take appropriate action concerning matters of mutual interest. Maintain a high practitioners dealing with patent, trademark and copyright matters and develop information concerning matters affecting and of interest to inventors, manufacturers and the patent profession

* To maintain a high ethical standard among practitioners dealing with patent, trademark and copyright matters;
* To foster good fellowship and to promote communication among its members; and encourage education and training in litigation lawyers
* To consider and take appropriate action concerning matters of mutual interest and exchange of information among members of the Association

Melbourne Property Lawyers Association is a non-profit, professional organization for individuals interested in intellectual property lawyers issues. Our members of our lawyers who practice in intellectual property law, and business who are interested in both the legal and business aspects of intellectual property, and law students who are interested in a career of property lawyers.

The Melbourne Lawyer Association was formed to promote the understanding of intellectual property and related areas of tax law and family law as well as to provide a local forum for the discussion of intellectual property issues and for the exchange of ideas on such issues. lawyer melbourne have five general meetings a year to discuss topics in intellectual property lawyers.
